We are looking for a full-time driver that will be responsible for our daily commissary deliveries to our

restaurants and events. The right person for this job will be reliable, hardworking, and excited to work as

part of a great team. They will be comfortable with physical labour and operating a large van.

The Scope of the Role and Responsibilities are as follows

• Review and organize daily restaurant ingredients for Gusto 101, Gusto 501, Trattoria Nervosa and

Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen

• Load van efficiently and in a food safe manner

• Drive the Gusto 54 Commissary cargo Van to required locations as a representative of the company

while abiding strictly by all traffic laws

• Provide delivery service to restaurant partners with a friendly, helpful attitude, providing

supplementary support as needed

• Accommodate pickups and drop offs at Chef’s request alongside daily workload

• Take responsibility for time management for both daily and weekly workloads and manage schedules

with transparency regarding capacity

• Work alongside team to oversee regular maintenance of the commissary vehicle to ensure

appointments are prioritized for oil changes, tire maintenance, refrigeration unit and regular

servicing

• Maintain a spotless work vehicle at all times

Who You Are:

• G Class License with clean driver abstract required

• Exceptional time management skills and communication skills

• Able to work as a team or independently

• Understanding of general vehicle maintenance an asset

• Thorough understanding of safe food handling

• Ability to carry 50lbs and work for 8-hours on your feet

• Strong Leadership and Communication skills

• Weekend availability is required
