Lasagne ai Funghi e Spinaci
Includes 1kg Lasagne (feeds 2-4)
Ingredients: Portobello, cremini, porcini, truffle cream sauce, spinach, bechamel, mozzerella, grana padano
Instructions:
1. Remove lasagna from freezer and allow to thaw in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or over night.
2. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
3. Remove lasagna from packaging and place on a sheet pan and put in oven.
4. Bake lasagna with lid on for 45 minutes.
5. Remove lid and bake for 10-15 minutes more, or until desired colour achieved.
6. Allow lasagna to rest for 5 minutes, cut, serve and enjoy!
